TRAINING AWARENESS AND COMPETENCE
1 - Objective:
The objective of this procedure is to get the system to identify training needs
and provide training for staff and all employees and maintain records of
training for system safety and occupational health
2-Application:
This procedure applies to all employees and for employees in the organization
(state name of your organization)
3 - Definitions:

Safety Policy provides the root

5-5 training evaluation:
All training programs that are implemented for all categories of staff are
evaluated according to pre-prepared assessment models
5-6 - Training on the internal audit on the safety system
Internal auditors are a group of staff of the institution of pre-selected
(further explanation in the conduct of the audit on the system) are trained on
the operations of the internal audit on safety and that sending them to
specialized training courses in this regard or to house training programs in

6 - records (restrictions):
Are census records and the restrictions that are used in the documentation of
training exercises planned and implemented (models used in the documentation of
the participants, the training program evaluation models, periodic reports on
the progress of the training process, annual plans, etc. ..)
That should be a good program. Testing what your workers know and being able to know what they need to improve their jobs, improve health and safety, etc. can be really useful for a company specially to those who are not aware on how they can actually do those things.
