LEGAL AND OTHER REQUIREMENT PROCEDURE

1 - Objectives:

The purpose of this procedure describes how to access the laws and regulations to the organization and sequence of their arrival to the parties concerned the application and how to follow up implementation of the Foundation

2 - Application:

This procedure applies to all departments and branches of the institution (specify the name of your organization) in (select state)

3 - Definitions:

For example:

3-1 - Safety Officer: Chief Executive Officer is responsible for safety in the organization (varies according to the unnamed institution (Director of Safety / Safety Monitor / Safety Engineer / Head of Department or safety management / supervisor safety / safety officer / safety coordinator)

3.2 - System: Safety Management System and OHSAS 18001 Occupational Health

4 - Responsibilities:

Operations Management is responsible to take care of all with regard to safety and occupational health in the organization, the architect of safety in the organization is directly responsible for dealing with safety activities and reports associated with them and submit them to Director of Operations, and is responsible for coordination with external actors related to safety such as police departments and defense civil institutions, municipalities and competent ... etc.
