Third procedure

TRAINING AWARENESS AND COMPETENCE

1 - Objective:
The objective of this procedure is to get the system to identify training needs and provide training for staff and all employees and maintain records of training for system safety and occupational health

2-Application:
 This procedure applies to all employees and for employees in the organization (state name of your organization)
3 - Definitions:

3-1 - System: Safety Management System and OHSAS 18001 Occupational Health

3-2 - Safety Officer: Chief Executive Officer is responsible for safety in the organization (varies according to the unnamed institution (Director of Safety / Safety Monitor / Safety Engineer / Head of Department or safety management / supervisor safety / safety officer / safety coordinator)

3-3 - Safety: Occupational Safety and Health

4 - Responsibilities:
4-1 - Safety Officer in the organization (engineer, supervisor, safety officer) responsible for:

5-3 - Types of training programs in place in the institution where these programs are listed by mentioning the title of each program description and summary of each program in terms of its main contents and the employee responsible for the implementation

5-4 - training procedures include the following training needs

 explain the safety policy for new staff§
 training programs for new employees§
 Training on the equipment, devices and new machines§
 Technical Training§
 recovery programs for current employees§

5-5 training evaluation:

All training programs that are implemented for all categories of staff are evaluated according to pre-prepared assessment models

5-6 - Training on the internal audit on the safety system

Internal auditors are a group of staff of the institution of pre-selected (further explanation in the conduct of the audit on the system) are trained on the operations of the internal audit on safety and that sending them to specialized training courses in this regard or to house training programs in the event of availability of staff training qualified for that and Safety Officer is responsible for organizing training programs for auditors and certificates obtained by the auditors of the training records kept in the training

5-7 - Review of training:

6 - records (restrictions):

  1. That should be a good program. Testing what your workers know and being able to know what they need to improve their jobs, improve health and safety, etc. can be really useful for a company specially to those who are not aware on how they can actually do those things.
