Operational Control



1 - Objective:

To specify the operations and activities associated with the risks that were identified during the risk assessment process, which requires action

2 - Application:
This procedure applies to all operations of the Foundation
3 - Definitions:

3-1 - FAQ: Safety at Work
3-2 - Safety Officer: Chief Executive Officer is responsible for safety in the organization (varies according to the unnamed institution (Director of Safety / Safety Monitor / Safety Engineer / Head of Department or safety management / supervisor safety / safety officer / safety coordinator)

4 - Responsibilities:

 Safety Officer, heads of departments and branches, department heads and supervisors are responsible for all work to ensure that all safety instructions are followed to work in the organization.§
 All employees are responsible for the application of the instructions in their work areas§


5 - roads (means):

Enterprise Planning is required for each process and activity of its operations, including maintenance, in order to achieve to make sure that it is performed according to the cases specified by:

5-1 - Develop and maintain written operating procedures covering all the cases that result from the absence of such documented procedures on them to the deviation from the requirements of the policy and objectives of the Foundation for Occupational Safety and Health.
5-2 - the process of setting standards in the procedures

5-3 - Develop and maintain procedures related to the risks disclosed from risk assessments for both goods (Products) equipment and services and procurement) and such procedures and requirements must be placed to suppliers and customers of the organization (contractors)

5-4 - Develop and maintain procedures on workplace design, operations, installations, machinery, equipment, operational procedures and the work is done to include these measures of the appropriateness of such actions, the capacity of workers in order to eliminate or reduce the risk of occupational safety and health of its sources.

 This procedure requires the establishment of a manual of operations explains all safety instructions in each work area according to the type of operations done at each site
