and response

Emergency preparedness and response
1 - Objective:
To identify the potential of the institution to deal with and respond to
incidents and emergency situations and to ensure that the emergency plan:
will be reviewed properly and detailed
after each emergency§
be implemented and response workers§
that the emergency plan is tested
periodically.§ To ensure the benefit of workers and
the effectiveness of the plan and the devices used.
2 - Application:
This procedure applies to all contingency plans in the organization (location
and branches)
3 - Definitions:
3-1 - Guide: A guide occupational safety and health
3-2 - Safety Officer: Chief Executive Officer is responsible for safety in the
organization (varies according to the unnamed institution (Director of Safety /
Safety Monitor / Safety Engineer / Head of Department or safety management /
supervisor safety / safety officer / safety coordinator)

4 - Means:
4-1 - Safety Officer is responsible for developing and maintaining plans and
preparations to respond to emergency situations in all sites the organization.
4-2 - managers and heads of departments and divisions responsible for the
implementation of emergency plans, review and experience in their positions.

5-1 - key elements:
The key elements of any contingency plan is placed in the institution are the
following: -
Emergency evacuation procedures for site
procedures to be followed by staff

5-2 - the application of the emergency plan
5.2.1 - authorities / powers:

team of staff officials at each location / branch sites of the institution to
implement the contingency plan§

employees in the organization (staff site / section)§

enables him to act in cases of emergency§
5.2.2 - Training:
The
