Procedure x1 - Internal Audit System
(Clause No. 4-5-4 - according to the international specification of the system)


1 - Objective:

This document details the procedures to be followed from the institution to conduct internal audit on the safety management system and occupational health to ensure the efficiency of the system application and assessment processes and the same effective fixed

2 - Application:

Procedure applies to all activities / events related to system safety and occupational health in the organization.

3 - Definitions:

3-1 - Internal Audit: Audit is a systematic and impartial examination carried out internally and from specific staff in the organization to assess the efficiency of the system of safety management and occupational health

3-2 - Safety Officer: Chief Executive Officer is responsible for safety in the organization (varies according to the unnamed institution (Director of Safety / Safety Monitor / Safety Engineer / Head of Department or safety management / supervisor safety / safety officer / safety coordinator)

3-3 - Administrative Review Meeting: Meeting Enterprise Management High League (semi-annual or annual) to discuss the results of the reports on the efficiency of the system and recorded the observations and the suggested solutions)
3-4 - cases of non-conformity: Notes registered on the system through internal and external audit and that are contrary to or inconsistent with the requirements of the system.
 
4 - Responsibilities:

4-1 - Safety Officer in the organization responsible for issuing and updating, implementing and maintaining this procedure.
4-2 - safety auditors approved by the institution responsible for the implementation of audits in accordance with the plans set


5 - Action:

5-1 - The Foundation of carrying out regular internal audit on the system
A - in order to make sure whether the system is: -
              
o in accordance with the arrangements planned for the system requirements specifications and standards Safety Management System OHSAS18001 occupational health and

o What if the system has been applied and maintained properly

o Is the system consistent with the objectives and the policy of the institution's stated safety and occupational health.
B - Review the results of previous audit

C - To provide management with information about the Foundation audit results

5-2 - Safety Officer must prepare a plan of internal audit on the system, which includes the division of the auditors on the departments and sections and the various work sites in the organization, taking into account the important element of neutrality in the audits so as not to be a checker works in the same department / section / location that is check it

5-3 - internal audit should be carried out every six months (twice per year) at least

5-4 - the audit must include the following tasks: -

5-4-1 - Get all the procedures and safety records in the administration by the auditor to be studied and reviewed by the audit process
5.4.2 - Processing of check and check list includes all of the criteria / system specifications and requirements of each specification (details)
5.4.3 - Implementation of the audit and the audit program in accordance with the subject within the plan (date, location, auditors identified the site ... the sequence of steps scrutiny. Etc.)
5.4.4 - to ensure that preventive measures / corrective actions are completed on the basis of the timer (every action determines its execution time)


5-5 - audit program:

5.5.1 - Definition of the audit date and the names of auditors in the audit plan and sent to the auditors by the Safety Officer.

5.5.2 - Implementation of the audit process: -

 a brief opening meeting (discussion of the objectives of the audit, areas, and the previous audit report)§
 documentation and the application (check, check, negotiable, and false sites and gather evidence for cases of non-compliance)§
 Conclusion (prepared the audit report, including cases of non-conformance and preventive measures / corrective action for each case)§

5.5.3 - the auditor should record the results of internal audit in a report called the internal audit report to be discussed at the meeting of the administrative review

5.5.4 - a complete copy of the audit results must be sent to the Safety Officer in the organization to keep them in the record of a comprehensive synthesis of the internal audits.

6-3 - Audit Report (Form No. 00/00)
